Brett M. Schaffer has been practicing law since 1982, devoting much of his time to litigation and appeals. He is admitted in Maryland, the U.S. District Court District of Maryland, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. He assists clients with matters of workers' compensation, personal injury, including motor vehicle accidents, criminal law, DUI, DWI, and traffic violations. He has served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland, and as Chief of the Juvenile Division for Baltimore County. Mr. Schaffer focuses on litigating in the areas of worker's compensation, personal injury, criminal, traffic, DUI/DWI and administrative appeals to the Circuit Court of the State of Maryland. He earned his law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law and has a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (All Honors University).
