Nathan Chenkin

Nathan Chenkin is an attorney at Cohen, Snyder & Eisenberg P.A., licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. He focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation claims and District Court Auto Accident Litigation, working closely with Erin H. Snyder and Stuart A. Arnovits.

Nathan works directly with injured workers and accident victims, guiding them through the legal process while advocating fair outcomes. He handles matters from initial filing through resolution.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law and Graduate School and began developing his litigation skills early in his career through an internship with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. After being admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2023, Nathan served as a Staff Attorney with the House of Ruth Maryland Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, where he represented clients in protective order and peace order hearings in both District and Circuit Courts.

That courtroom experience translates directly into his current practice, where he approaches each case with preparation, focus, and a practical understanding of how to advocate effectively under pressure.

Nathan is committed to helping clients navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence, while working toward meaningful, results-driven outcomes.

He is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the Maryland State Bar Association.

Nathan lives in Howard County with his fiancée and their dog, Harley.
