Biography
Jacqueline “Jackie” Silva-Medina is a Workers’ Compensation paralegal at Cohen, Snyder & Eisenberg P.A., working closely with Thomas C. Newbrough Jr. to support injured workers throughout every stage of their case.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jacqueline plays a critical role in ensuring that Spanish-speaking clients fully understand their rights, their treatment, and the legal process. She is often a key point of contact for clients, helping translate not just language—but complex legal concepts—into clear, actionable guidance.
Jacqueline is known for her ability to make clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported during what is often a stressful and uncertain time. She approaches every case with patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to making sure no client feels overlooked or confused about what comes next.
Behind the scenes, she works diligently to keep cases organized and moving forward, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with both clients and the legal team.
Outside of the office, Jacqueline enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
