The streets that make up the city of Baltimore, as well as surrounding areas, can be dangerous at times. This is true regardless of if you are traveling on the highway or within the city.
Recently, a three vehicle accident in Baltimore led to multiple injuries. A Baltimore City fire battalion chief vehicle was one of the vehicles involved in the accident. The driver of this vehicle was seriously injured, and immediately transported to Shock Trauma. While the driver’s condition was serious, it is believed that the injuries are non life-threatening.
The accident occurred at approximately 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2014, at Cold Spring Lane and Loch Raven Boulevard.
According to police, the driver of the fire battalion chief vehicle was not the only one injured. Four others were taken to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries.
At this point, no names have been released as police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
Although there is not much information available regarding this accident, this does not change the fact that many people were injured and three vehicles were damaged. As police continue to investigate the crash, they will do so with an eye toward determining the cause.
Every day throughout the city, just the same as other parts of the country, car accidents occur. While most are nothing more than minor fender benders, others lead to serious injury or even death. In this case, many people were injured, including the driver of a fire battalion chief vehicle as well as several civilians.
